So, you're looking for a gentle and responsive way to improve your little one's sleep?
I've got you.
No sleep training, no stress - just truly gentle, holistic, and evidence-based sleep support that respects the way you parent and supports your whole family in getting the rest you need.
HI, I'M KRISTINA
Certified holistic infant and toddler sleep coach, British expat living in the Netherlands, and mother of two.
I’ve been where you are, and I know how exhausting sleep deprivation can be. My goal is to show you that there is a middle ground between cry-it-out and waiting it out, and that it is possible to improve your child’s sleep (and your own!) without ignoring your instincts or sacrificing responsiveness.
I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance that feels gentle, nurturing, and deeply aligned with who you are as a parent. You’re not alone, and I’ll help you navigate this journey and work towards better sleep without the guilt, doubt, or pressure to conform to methods that don’t feel right for your family.
MY APPROACH IS BASED UPON THREE KEY PILLARS
HOLISTIC & BESPOKE
Every baby is unique, and their sleep reflects that.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions because no two babies or families are the same. When we work together, I take a holistic approach, exploring all the factors influencing your child’s sleep - development, family dynamics, emotional well-being, and more. Together, we’ll create a tailored sleep plan that fits your family's unique needs, always honouring your instincts and connection with your little one. After all, you know your baby best.
EVIDENCE-BASED
All of my guidance is grounded in the latest research on infant development and sleep science.
You won’t hear me making unrealistic promises like “your baby will be sleeping through the night in X days" (those claims often ignore the true nature of infant sleep), but what you will get is someone who will work with you to improve your little one’s sleep in a gentle, respectful and developmentally appropriate way, in line with what the research on infant and toddler sleep actually says.
ATTACHMENT-FOCUSED
Your bond with your little one is at the heart of everything I do.
My approach is rooted in attachment theory, and I will never suggest anything that compromises the deep connection you share. This is why I do not support separation-based sleep methods like cry-it-out or controlled crying. I believe in responding to your child’s needs with love and presence, fostering secure attachment while working toward better sleep in a nurturing, supportive way.
